Our topic is "Saving Lives: Understanding the Clinical & Ethical Face of Substance Abuse in US Society”

Dr. Al Rundio, PhD, DNP, RN, APRN, CARN-AP, NEA-BC, FNAP, FIAAN, FAAN. Associate Dean for Nursing & CNE, Chief Academic Nursing Officer and Clinical Professor of Nursing at Drexel University

 

Objectives:

1. The Case manager will learn about two substances that are being abused in US society today.

2. At the end of the program the Case manager will be able to list two physiological effects of
    abused substances.

3. At the end of the program the Case manager will be able to list two psychological effects of
    abused substances.

4. By the end of the program the case manager will be able to understand and discuss the
     ethical issues related to substance abuse.
